I placed an order that got confirmed, but it took nearly two weeks for me to find out they didn’t have some items in stock. Just ridiculous. Honestly, if I could rate it zero stars, I totally would.

I really can't tell who's managing this company, but they are just terrible. My initial order consisted entirely of frozen goods, and it showed up late, without any ice packs or an insulated cooler. Everything was opened and completely thawed. I had to toss it all out.

I reached out to them, and they offered either a replacement or a refund. I opted for the replacement... it just got here... still no ice packs or insulation... items were just tossed in the box... product was opened and spilled everywhere inside. Had to throw it all out again.
They still haven't replied to my email about this issue.
I only ordered from them because they had stuff my usual store doesn't carry. Never again.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

I've placed multiple orders with Veggii. They offer an amazing and extensive range of vegan products that I can't find locally. Recently, I had an issue with one of my orders. They fixed it in less than an hour and sent out a replacement. That’s some stellar customer service and a true benchmark for a business that supports its offerings. I’d definitely suggest checking out Veggii.

Update: I got my refund pretty quickly. But honestly, the shipping for frozen items from Texas to Maryland just ain't cutting it, so I’m done ordering my frozen vegan seafood from this place. I really hope they fix the website to make it clear about delivery problems for folks outside Texas.

I have no clue how the food tastes because, for the SECOND time, Vejii sent my order without any cooling at all, even though I paid extra for the packaging (some sort of 'eco-friendly' styrofoam and NO dry ice!!! If Vejii can’t get it to Baltimore, MD on time and keep it frozen, they shouldn’t be selling it online! I just can’t wrap my head around why a company would operate like this. Plus, I can’t get in touch with customer service. The first order took ages to get refunded. Who knows how long this one will take or if I’ll ever see my cash again. This is just absurd. I’m really let down and plan to inform the companies that rely on Vejii about the terrible service they provide!

They not only provide excellent products, but they're also stepping up their eco-friendly game! By using Green Cell Foam Products for insulation on their frozen items and dry ice to maintain the chill for a longer time, they’ve really set the standard in packaging.
